What makes Edward Cahill different?
Every pair starts with a contoured, arch-supporting footbed, then we build a genuinely handsome shoe on top of it. Real comfort, finished like a proper dress shoe — none of the orthopaedic look.
Will these actually help my feet?
Yes. The cushioned, arch-supporting footbeds spread the load and ease pressure on the ball of the foot — the support a podiatrist looks for, hidden inside.
Do they run true to size?
They do. If you're between sizes, take the half-size down — the suede gives a little with wear. Every product page has a full size & fit guide.
Are they suitable for wide feet?
Our lasts run a medium width with a generous, rounded toe box. If you usually need a wide fitting, email us before ordering and we'll point you to the roomier styles.
What is your return policy?
Sixty days from delivery. For change-of-mind or sizing returns you cover the return shipping; if a pair is faulty, damaged, or sent in error, we cover it and send a prepaid label. Full detail on the Returns & Refunds page.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don't run a separate exchange flow. Return the original for a refund and place a new order in your preferred size or style — it's faster.
How much is shipping, and how fast?
$6.95 flat under $100, free on orders of $100 or more. Delivery is 2–5 business days from order to door, tracked from the moment your order ships.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your dispatch email, or our Track Order page. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
How do I care for the suede?
Brush off dust with a soft dry cloth, protect with a suede spray now and then, and let them air dry away from direct heat.
