These terms govern your use of edwardcahill.com and any orders you place through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Who we are
Edward Cahill is the trading name of the business operating this site. Registered address: 245 West 29th Street, Suite 1200, New York, NY 10001, United States. Customer support: support@edwardcahill.com.
Eligibility
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and that you are able to enter into a legally binding contract.
Orders and contracts
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we send you a dispatch confirmation email — the point a binding contract is formed.
- We may decline an order at our discretion (stock unavailable, pricing error, suspected fraud, an address we can't ship to). If we decline, we refund any payment in full within 5 business days.
- All prices are in US dollars (USD), shown at checkout and on confirmation emails.
Pricing and stock
We try to keep prices, descriptions, and stock levels accurate, but errors happen. If we discover a pricing error after you've ordered, we'll contact you and offer either the corrected price or a full refund. Our line is made in small runs; once a style or size sells out, it may not return.
Payment
Payment is taken in full at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay through Shopify Payments. We don't store full payment card details on our servers.

Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days at support@edwardcahill.com with a photograph. You're entitled to a refund or replacement at your choice.
Intellectual property
All text, images, illustrations, logos, and design elements on this site belong to Edward Cahill or are licensed to us. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use them commercially without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site for fraudulent purposes, to interfere with its security, or to scrape it at scale. We may suspend access or cancel orders that breach this.
Liability
Our liability to you for any loss arising from your use of the site or a faulty product is limited to the price you paid for the goods in question, except where the law prevents that limitation (death, personal injury, fraud, or breach of statutory consumer protection rights).
Third-party services
We rely on trusted third parties to run the store — including Shopify for hosting and checkout, our payment processors, and analytics and delivery partners. When you use those services their own terms and privacy policies also apply, and we are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites linked from ours.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Nothing in these Terms removes the consumer protection rights you have under the law of the US state where you live.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one shown on this page at the time of your order.
