Refund policy

We want you to wear the shoes and decide for yourself. If they're not right, send them back within 60 days.

Return window

You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to return any item for a refund. To be eligible, the shoes must be unworn outdoors, in resaleable condition, with their original box and packaging. After 60 days, or if the shoes are returned in a condition that does not meet these requirements, we are unable to issue a refund.

How to start a return

  • Email support@edwardcahill.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for return.
  • We'll reply within one business day with the return address and a return reference number.
  • Pack the shoes in their original box and ship the parcel to us using a tracked service of your choice.
  • Once we receive and inspect the return, we issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Who pays return shipping

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Return shipping charges are not refundable, and the original shipping charge is also non-refundable, except where the item was faulty, damaged in transit, or sent in error. The customer is responsible for the parcel until it reaches us — we recommend a tracked service and retaining proof of postage. We cannot refund return parcels that are lost in transit and cannot be confirmed as delivered to our return address.

Refund processing time

  • Inspection: within 2 business days of the return arriving at our warehouse.
  • Refund issued: within 5 business days of inspection, to the original payment method.
  • Bank settlement: your bank may take a further 3–10 business days to display the credit.
  • Total expected window: typically 7–10 business days from return receipt to refund visible, plus your bank's settlement time.

Restocking fees

None. We do not charge a restocking fee on any return.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or isn't what you ordered, email support@edwardcahill.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph. In these cases we cover the return shipping and you can choose a free replacement or a full refund, including the original shipping charge.

Non-returnable items

  • Items returned after the 60-day window
  • Shoes worn outdoors, or returned without their original box and packaging
  • Items marked "Final Sale" at the point of purchase
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We don't run a separate exchange flow. For a different size or style, return the original for a refund and place a new order — it's faster and avoids holding stock against a pending swap.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before your order ships, email support@edwardcahill.com straight away and we'll cancel and refund in full. Once an order has dispatched, the standard return process above applies.

Return address

Our return address is provided in the reply to your return request — please do not send returns without contacting us first, as parcels sent to an unconfirmed address may be refused.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect any consumer protection rights you have under the law of the US state where you live.
