Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is something we hope to offer in a later season; for now, every order goes to a US address.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday, begin processing the same day. Orders placed afterwards, or over the weekend, are processed on the next business day. We don't dispatch on US federal holidays.

Every order ships tracked. The carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) is chosen for whatever is fastest to your address. You'll receive a dispatch email with a tracking link the moment your order leaves us.

Where it ships from

Edward Cahill shoes are designed in New York and finished by specialist shoemakers, then held at our US fulfilment partner so domestic orders move quickly.

Address problems

If the carrier returns a package because the delivery address was incorrect or undeliverable, we'll get in touch to confirm and reship. A second shipping charge may apply if the original address was wrong at checkout.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 5 business days past the expected delivery window, email support@edwardcahill.com with your order number. We'll open a carrier claim and either reship or refund.
