Shipping & returns
The 60-day money-back guarantee.
You've bought shoes that promised comfort before. We would rather prove it than promise it. You have sixty days to decide for yourself, and if they are not the most comfortable shoes you own, we will refund you in full. No questions asked.
That card goes in every box, and we can afford to print it for one reason. Shoes this comfortable don't come back.

quietly in service.
Questions, answered.
Are these actually orthopaedic?
Yes, fully. The Edward Cahill footbed: contoured cradle, cushioned memory layer, flexible outsole, on a medium-width last with room in the toe. The only thing we left out is the look. Every piece of support is inside the shoe, which is the entire point of Edward Cahill.
Will they look bulky in person?
No. The photos are accurate. The silhouette is a normal shoe because the support adds nothing to the outside. That is the difference you are paying for.
How does the sizing run?
True to size for most people. If you sit between sizes, take the smaller size. The upper gives a little with wear, and the 60-day guarantee covers you if it is not right.
Do they work for wider feet?
Usually, yes. The last is medium with a genuinely roomy toe box, and the soft upper eases around the foot within a few wears. Many of our customers with wider feet tell us these are the first elegant shoes that have worked for them. And the 60-day guarantee covers you either way.
Do they need breaking in?
No. The upper is soft from the first wear and the footbed doesn't need to be worn down to work.
How fast is shipping?
Most orders leave within 1 to 2 business days and arrive within 6 to 9, tracked. Free over $100.
What if they don't work for me?
You're covered by the 60-day money-back guarantee. If they're not right, email us within 60 days of delivery and you get a full refund to your card. No restocking fee, no store credit.
